We create over 15 DVDs a month which end up being sent to a replicator to make 1000+ copies. Before we submit our master, we need to check the content for any issues. We will burn a test copy onto this dual layer disc and watch it on our DVD players. Some older DVD players have trouble reading a burned dual-layer disc and freeze during a shift break, but we've only had a handful of failures out of the thousands of discs we've burned over the past few years. I switched to buying 50 packs because there's a little more savings on each disc and we use so many of these. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to burn a disc for backup or DVD creation. Just make sure you test one in your DVD player before doing too much just in case your DVD player is too old to handle layer tearing.
