This is similarly styled as our commercial canopy but less robust and about 1/2 the weight.SETUP Setting it up by myself for the first time took about 10 minutes, if you've never used a quick up canopy similar to this expect a little longer. It's always faster and easier with 2 people.FABRIC CANOPY Is fairly thin and lightweight, their logo is printed on one eve in white.It has a silver undercoating which helps with blocking the sun, but it doesn't block it fully. I'd say it's about 90 percent sun block, see photos. It velcros onto the corners, and 4 additional velcro attachment points on the eve centers. I found I didn't need to attach the eves since the canopy is very taught when new. Each exterior corner has a polypropylene webbing loop for guy lines.SIDEWALLS It doesn't come with side walls, and the canopy eve doesn't have velcro for them, so if you're going to order side walls you'll need the type which attach to the frame.WATER RESISTANCE This has a tall peak allowing water to shed easily, I didn't have any pooling issues or leaking while spraying it with a garden hose full blast for 2 minutes, or a light 10 minute rain. The double stitched seams are not taped, so I suspect if you had an all day rain, likely it would begin to drip.ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT MEASUREMENTS at the lowest it measures 6'3" from the ground to the bottom edge of the fabric eve. The tallest is 6'10" from the ground to the bottom edge of the fabric eve.FRAME STAKES SANDBAGS It's legs are larger square tubing than others I've had, but not as sturdy or robust as my commercial canopy. The upper framework is rounded rectangular tubing with some metal and plastic joints. The feet are plastic triangular inserts, I wouldn't trust them to hold up only using the included wire tent stakes, and recommend also using the included sand bags which velcro around the legs. The sand bags aren't the biggest capacity I've had or have, but depending on what type of soil you fill them with the can weigh between 10 to 15lbs each. They have velcro top closure and 2 velcro attachments around the legs.ROLLING STORAGE BAG I'd say it's decent quality, but mine had poor stitching on arrival so expect it will likely need repair or replacement after a few times being slid in and out of a pickup. The exterior side pocket is pretty big and easily accommodates the empty sand bags, guy lines and stakes. I leave the canopy on the frame when folded up and the bag has ample room to accommodate this. The wheels are wide but smaller diameter not unlike any I've had so roll well on hard even surfaces but drag on dirt grass or sand. It does have 2 carrying handles located towards the ends, making it easier for 1 or 2 people to carry when needed.OVERALL THOUGHTS This is a nice canopy for occasional light use and will last many years with care, anchoring and taking down in strong winds or gusts.Hopefully this was helpful, Thank you!
