The best thing about helpie is the ability to create knowledge base articles and wiki pages. It also has a very easy to use interface. I haven't found anything that I dislike about it. I would say that there are some bugs with the software but they are being worked on by the developers. If you have any questions or concerns please contact them via their support page. They will be able to assist you in getting your problems fixed as soon as possible. We are using helpie to build our internal knowledge base for our IT department.
