Great Solution - Makes Email Marketing Easy

The customer support team at hivebrite goes above and beyond to help. Their product continues to evolve as we utilize it more and more. They make changes that improve our experience, with very little lead time. I have been able to create custom user groups for different audiences within my organization in order to tailor communication to specific segments of customers/prospects. We are also able to send targeted email blasts quickly and easily via their system. So far so good! Nothing but great things to report about Hive Brite. My only beef would be if they offered up some free training or tutorials because there was way too much jumping around between platforms when trying to learn how everything worked. Our business operates 365 days a year which makes it hard to keep track of emails sent out throughout the week. Now that we use HiveBrite we can get reports back from prospects who signup through our website which has.
