Customer Relationship Manager Review

I like that it helps me keep track of my clients in one place; It makes contact management easy! There are some features which could be improved - such as keeping all contacts organized by client or project so they don't get lost if there's an update/change made at another time. But overall this software does what we need it too do very well!! Keeping our business relationships up to date. We have been able to stay ahead of any changes within each other without having to constantly check back through emails and calls every week. This has helped us maintain more productive working relations than ever before. Also, being able to view past projects allows for easier communication about future work when needed. The platform also provides great customer service once issues arise. Our relationship manager uses helpviser daily to communicate directly with her team members regarding new opportunities, sales leads and upcoming contracts. She utilizes their support tickets frequently during normal hours just incase she needs assistance outside those times. Having.
