I like that it helps me keep track of my clients in one place; It makes contact management easy! There are some features which could be improved - such as keeping all contacts organized by client or project so they don't get lost if there's an update/change made at another time. It's very easy to set up. I had no problems setting it up or integrating into my website once everything was setup correctly. The integration process took me longer than expected just because of all that goes in behind every feature being enabled but after doing research beforehand the time investment should not be too much for most people who are new to this type of software. Customer support is also great! They respond quickly whenever we have questions about something specific to our account
