You will probably need to fit a rubber O-ring to the top of the "T". I couldn't get mine NOT to leak until I installed an o-ring on the top of the "T" where it screws into the bottom of the tank. I couldn't find the right size o-ring so I had to make one out of a spare garden hose o-ring I had. I just had to trim the outer perimeter with a razor blade to make it fit there. Still. I don't think there is any reason why this should be done. Just be aware that it may spill (spray) when you turn it on, so have a bowl and towel handy. Should fit without modification. I have bought a second bidet spray and will need to do the same if I want to install it. The total installation time without this change is 20 minutes.
