Review on πŸ“¦ Versatile PFC 135 100 044 5SF Plastic Carrying Case in Sleek Black Design by Joe Glass

Nice-4-Price Best in Electrical Boxes, Wiring & Fittings

After purchasing a pair of Bosch 12v tool-less tools I was looking for cases to protect them for trips outside the shop where they have a workbench. boxing After some research I decided that the Bosch L-Boxx line was too expensive for my budget (I already have a Bosch soft pack that I could use in a pinch). A review by Revain mentions this item PFC 135-100-044-5SF Plastic Carrier Case, 13 1/2" x 10" x 4 3/8", Black, as almost perfect for inserting 102. Listed new to revain for $25 I popped in and jumped on the $15 Used Like New offer with change I received it today and am so pleased with the quality and value I'm going ahead and it's already about 2" and 3" shorter (front to back) when wanted to check the inside dimensions of the box. I solved this problem by gluing the bottom and two edges to the inside of the box, filling the small gap with small foam inserts. I removed some. Only the gap at the back of the liner remained wide Sufficient for a torpedo scale or similar in size Of course I can't confirm long term durability yet (latches seem a bit questionable) but with care it should last a long time I'm satisfied that this e Box is a satisfactory replacement for the L-Boxx, which is roughly equivalent to Eis. Bonus: Multiple thicknesses of foam are included, not including a piece of eggcrate attached to the box's lid; Inserts for the L-Boxx series therefore cost extra. UPDATE: I ordered a second one from Revain's "Stock Deals", priced slightly higher ($18.95) but still listed as new. When I received it I was very unhappy to see that the foam insert in the lid had been forcefully torn off leaving an ugly glue line and shark bite tear on the piece of foam. And that despite the inscription "Tested and repackaged"! I arranged for an immediate return which, as always, was hassle free. Come on Revane, how about quality control? Potential second-hand buyers, beware of tempters! Now I order a new product instead, pay a little more, and treat it as a learning experience.
