Review on Ness by Suhas Carney

I liked that they were able to quickly build out our website from scratch which is something we couldn’t do ourselves due to lack of resources (and time!). They also helped us come up with an end-to-end solution for customer onboarding including designing custom forms/flows as well helping create new marketing assets such as emails. The dashboard could be more intuitive when it comes to editing pages - sometimes would have issues clicking things but this was probably my own inexperience. Overall though great product! If you are looking at someone who can help design your products effectively without having too much knowledge about front-ends and backend code then Ness will definitely reach down into those areas so you don't need full stack engineers. Our sales funnel has been streamlined quite substantially now since working with them, it's made all processes easier! I like that this tool is user friendly and easy to implement. It's also very flexible as well. The customer support team has been great, always willing to help. I've had to contact them quite often for support and they've always gotten back to me quickly! There isn't anything I dislike about the product. It's been a good fit for our organization. We are using it to track leads and customers within our CRM system.
