The best part about this tool was that I could create custom campaigns using my own criteria for finding leads such as keywords or location; very helpful when you have many sales people working remotely! It's quite expensive compared with our competitors (such as Outreach Manager). Sometimes we found too much information/data being collected from us during lead qualification so there were times where they would ask questions twice just because their system kept flagging them up each time - annoying if nothing else haha!! But still an overall good product at low cost price point once set-up & training has been done by admin team member who will guide through all aspects including setting filters / creating reports.
