10/15/2020: UPDATE! The company definitely stands by its product. They sent me a new one, no problem. I submitted a warranty claim form and thought I'd get a response from them, something like "it's used, it's lost" but I never got a response and one day a new one showed up! 09/25/2020: UPDATE! After almost 2.5 years the topper started to fall apart and no longer holds the structure as before. Part of their website says the warranty is 5 years, another says 3. I'm not sure what it is, but it should still be covered. Also, the price has increased from $75 to $95. I'll probably buy another one even if they don't live up to the warranty. It's still the best topper and I slept well on it for a couple of years. 05/15/2018: The best sleep of my life! Only a couple of nights but both nights I slept like a baby! The lavender scent is a bit harsh but it beats the chemical smells I've read a lot about and I'm sure it will fade over time. Taking a step back, I bought the Serta Memory Foam Topper about a week ago. He didn't have the top of the "egg crate". It was very comfortable to lie down for 5 minutes but I was so hot from this thing I couldn't sleep without a sheet! It looks like a built-in heater. So it stays cool even with sheets!
