I bought 2, one for hand soap and one for dish soap. One came the next day and the second was lost in the mail. I ended up having to cancel that order and place a new one, which showed up a few days later. The first pump connected to a bottle of hand soap under the sink and it took about 20-25 pumps to fill the soap completely. The second pump was connected to the dish soap and it took over 100 pumps to fully pump the soap. Although it was a bit annoying and I feared it was a problem, everything worked fine once the soap reached the pump. It's been a few weeks and I love them. With the first pump, the soap is always ready to use. I can visually see how much is left in the bottles. The pumps they replaced had little bottles hidden behind the sink and it was hard to tell when they were full until they overflowed. The best thing is that it takes me at least five or six times longer before I have to change the bottle. I highly recommend.
