For the price, it is a pretty good piece of kit. Comes with the diffuser sock and the honeycomb grid. I was buying it to use with my Canon ETTL strobes; it DOES NOT come with the strobe adapter. That will set you back ANOTHER $30-$40. There are NO INSTRUCTIONS with the beauty dish. You are left to your own to assemble. Not a big problem except when determining which way to face the diffusing disk. The finish on the inside of the dish is very nice and gives a nice reflection. I cannot say that this is the best beauty dish for the price because I honestly thought that it came with the strobe adapter. LOOK AROUND BEFORE YOU BUY and factor in that this dish INCLUDES the honeycomb grid and defusing sock; it DOES NOT include the flash adapter. Once I have a chance to give this dish a workout, I may come back and rerate it.
