At first I thought it was a decent thermometer, especially when you get a temp of 98.6. All four members of my family were sick, they had fever. Readings were everywhere. The forehead says the reading is lower than it actually is and usually stays around 98.6, while the ear fluctuates between 99.0 and 102.9 while taking the same person's temperature for a few seconds. This is a big mistake when temperature matters. I have contacted the listed customer service three times and have not received a response within two months. I would recommend buying something better and more accurate.
