Pros: thin enough for my 3/8" ceiling. The nice design with a large, slightly recessed lens gives it a better look compared to others on Amazon Listed LED lights. Big con: I switched to Lutron Maestro LED touch dimmers a few years ago. They worked really well with fading in and out of the previously installed bulbs. I've used them on a lot of different LEDs and it always prevents on Flicker. Problems. After all, they are designed for LEDs. These bulbs are compatible with triac dimmers. The manufacturer includes a list that they have tested. Lutron Maestro was not listed, but these are also triac based dimmers. , these will blink Lights up bright once and then slowly get brighter I'm upset because these dimmers are $60 each which would mean I'd be $360 newer Throw away dimmers and buy $240 ugly new dimmers to run a sub $100 light.
