I've had it less than 3 months. I liked it overall until I found gel leaking from it. Have to throw it out now. Disappointed. Please contact me to replace. Thank you

- Snap closure is small and difficult to use on this thick product. A slightly larger closure would help.
- Nice and cold. But did not fit my shoulders very well.
