I like that it is very user friendly, easy for employees who are new at this type of system or have never used one before! It does not seem as robust in some areas compared with other systems out there (like ADP). We were looking into payroll management solutions but did not want too many bells & whistles because we just needed something simple so our staff could use without any training/help from IT support personnel - which was also an issue when using another product previously by Sage called "Payroll Manager". The benefits include being able to quickly enter employee hours worked each week via time sheets; then having those entered directly onto their bi-weekly paycheck stubs instead of manually entering them after they've received theirs every two weeks. This helps ensure accuracy while saving us tons o paper waste!!
