I like that it is very user friendly, easy for employees who are new at this type of system or have never used one before! It does not seem as robust in some areas compared with other systems out there (like ADP). I like that it is very user friendly, not many bugs or glitches with this program. The only thing I dislike about it is how slow it sometimes can be at times when loading screens are needed in between jobs being reviewed. If you have multiple employees doing payroll then this will save time by having just one person go through all of them instead of each employee going through their own set of records. I like that it is an easy system for tracking employee's time off, vacation days etc with reminders when they are due! It can be confusing at times but once you get used to how everything works in general this isn't much of issue anymore (I think).
