There really isn't much to fit below the chest on this dress and I found that it runs small up above. Not a surprise with inexpensive clothes made in China, but something to be aware of. It is nice and soft and the pockets are convenient. It is a little short and I am only 5'3". I would be good with leggings under it. I wear these types of things as a house dress and don't really feel they are appropriate for going out except maybe as a swimsuit cover up. But they are wonderful in a casual home situation where I have been enjoying it.
