Review on 💧 SEAFLO 42-Series Variable Flow Water Pressure Diaphragm Pump - 12V, 3.0GPM, 55PSI by Antonio Edan

I bought this pump new in July 2019 and it failed in May 2020. I contacted Seaflo on May 11, 2020 and they responded quickly. I tried bypassing the pressure switch as suggested but the pump still wouldn't work. The problem was that the motor itself was blocked. Seaflo quickly offered to escalate the warranty claim to the wholesaler for resolution (replacement). A month later (June 8, 2020) I contacted Seaflo who said the wholesalers were "limping". Especially if you're looking to buy a unit, it seems to be plentifully available. Seaflo offered to resubmit the claim. I contacted Seaflo on July 10, 2020 and again on August 2, 2020 but was ignored. The lesson here is that if you buy this pump because they offer a warranty, in my experience that warranty will not be honored, so you may want to buy a different pump. This pump was only used a couple of times for three months and then winterized (flushed and drained). To date, it has been 87 days since the first complaint and I still have no replacement.
