I love how easy it is to use! It makes finding information really fast and easy! The best part is that everything is in one place! There are some features that are not as useful or intuitive as others. For example, the ability to search by specific fields is much more difficult than searching by the entire record. Also, sometimes it can be hard to find something if you don't know exactly what you're looking for. If you need an all-in-one tool for customer service and case management, this software is great! We have been able to track every interaction, assign tickets, get notifications, etc. in one place!
