Purchased for my boat. Right at the gate there were problems with the volume. Thought maybe it was the person who installed it. Contacted this seller who IMMEDIATELY texted me and said they would replace it with no problems. He then quickly did a little research and found that I probably have a device that hasn't had 4 software updates installed yet. He explained to me step by step how to do it with a USB stick. Of course once I did the updates the radio works great!
