Terrible UI

I wouldn't buy this again, I'd happily return it but they don't accept returns as far as I can tell can. The UI is awful, makes no sense and is almost impossible to use. I had to do a factory reset a couple of times before everything worked again. TO UPDATE. Finally I contacted the seller and he sent me a return address. I have to pay shipping. I will update again when they receive it.

Excellent customer service!

Purchased for my boat. Right at the gate there were problems with the volume. Thought maybe it was the person who installed it. Contacted this seller who IMMEDIATELY texted me and said they would replace it with no problems. He then quickly did a little research and found that I probably have a device that hasn't had 4 software updates installed yet. He explained to me step by step how to do it with a USB stick. Of course once I did the updates the radio works great!

Excellent customer service

Amazing stereo with excellent sound quality. Very easy to replace your old 2002 Clarion Marine Stereo. The customer service is even better than the product. After two weeks I had no more sound from the speakers. The amp was ok, the speakers were ok so I blamed the stereo. I contacted the seller and explained my situation. No questions asked, they sent a replacement air for 2 days with shipping labels to send the old one back. It turns out this was a misdiagnosis on my part and all I needed was…

Fits Wrangler (TJ)

I installed this on my 2002 Jeep Wrangler TJ. It was so tight that I simply mounted the TJ stereo panel bezel on top of the unit to hold it in place. Either way, this is a fantastic stereo and works so well for an open Jeep that gets exposed to water from time to time.
