What a thing if crap. Had I known it was going to be such a weak device I would have just gone with the cheaper Revain models. We bought this to get the pacing of the public before attending our event. After just two weeks and around 2,000 people, it just stopped working. After a short time, within the first week of use, we noticed that the button started to stick or otherwise not work. In the second week we noticed that people's temperatures were "the same" - lots of people. We knew the device was taking her readings because it made a small beep each time. One of the people we tested was one of our employees who actually had a low temperature of 100 (the device registered 97.2). It's hard to tell if her temperature suddenly rose within an hour or if the device was wrong. So it's clear that it was a $35 cash heist. The quality of this device is easily worth $10 and that only hints at the convenience of this item. The rest is cheap Chinese junk.
