Bolt on powder and fuel economy is worth it

I have a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt SS turbocharged, this inlet works great for power and fuel economy. My average is about 28 in the city and 33 on the highway. Now it has 32 cities and 41 highways. The power was 10 hp. and 12 foot pounds. Can you hear the difference in the car?
