I have 20 long lights with a 7.5" and 11.5" flashlight on the back and a short side (pictured). My Boomer aged dad is very impressed that they are fully submersible (I follow safe current rules with drip loops). The controls are quite simple and easy to understand without a manual. The small one was originally 10 gallons and wasn't light enough, not strong enough for the size of the tank, but I liked it so much that when I upgraded to the larger tank I got a second one in the larger size. The timer feature is great, with two lights that turn on at different times, mimicking the natural daylight cycle, no smart plug required. I wish they would turn on and off instead of suddenly turning on and off and the plugs are huge. They take up a lot of space on the extension and need to be at the ends. IDK is enough about the electronics to know if I could get another connector that still works and takes up less space.
