Review on 💖 925 Sterling Silver Heart Pendant Necklace - Engraved Sweet 16th Birthday Gift for Her by Liberty Nayak

Well before I left a review I tried to contact Amazon for help with this issue and found that it doesn't is easy. This necklace is not the same as the picture. At first it was so tangled up in the package that it was sent in and it took me almost 40 minutes to unravel it all. A box was included but was not in the box which would have prevented tangling. Second, Sweet 16 is so small that you have to use a magnifying glass to see what's written on it. Third, I know for sure I didn't buy high quality jewelry, but this chain is so flimsy and cheap that it snaps at the first pull or hook. It also looks damn cheap. If I went to the dollar store I could get the same thing for a dollar.
