Finding a good wall mount is never easy. There are stronger bindings, but these things are comfortable and super strong. I mean I used them for floating shelves. They are incredibly easy to fit and just as easy to remove. I'm surprised I've never experienced this until now. The only downside is the hole they leave behind, but they can also be reused unlike butterfly mounts which are used once.
