Ideal for hanging bikes

Bought these to hang bikes upside down on rafters in the garage. I wanted to get "things" off the floor and not disturb seasonal things. I bolted them to the 2" x 10" rafters on the other side with a mounting bolt and washer since we used to hang the bikes. They worked so well that I ordered more to fit many other items.
