We use bright wave for our CRM system so we can track leads throughout their journey with us, as well as send out automated emails to prospects when they opt in or are no longer interested. I love that it's very easy to set up rules within the program itself rather than having to rely completely on your marketing team to create them. It also has some really helpful analytics built right into the software which helps me understand my open rates and turn around times of emails sent by bright wave. The only thing i dislike about this product is that sometimes you have to refresh the page before all updates show up (which doesn't happen often). However once its updated after refreshing there isn't any lag time like other softwares i've used where i had to wait 5 minutes for everything to update again.
