The best thing about this software was its implementation in our hospital system as an add-on module; it's very easy to use so any level of user can be trained easily by providing them proper training material available at support portal only.

Sometimes we need some technical assistance like how would you implement certain modules but they provide good customer service from their team members who will guide us through every step if needed which makes life easier than other softwares out there! Nothing much really!! Just go ahead using RISKS version 8.2 because all features included into one package make everything smoother without compromising quality assurance standards set up within organization.
