Review on πŸͺš Freud D0704DH Diablo 7-1/4"x4T PCD Tip TCG Hardie Fiber Cement Saw Blade – Premium Quality for Cutting Tough Fiber Cement with Precision, 5/8 Arbor by Ray Welchhance

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Sometimes you have to pay a little more to get the right tool for the job.

I have just built a 4 bay garage and am in the process of cladding it with James Hardie cladding. Just before I got to work, I found out that I needed a special four-tooth diamond blade for my circular saw. I think I could use regular blades if I had a stack of these and didn't mind switching them every few cuts. According to one source, this sheet will last for five or six projects. Since I only have one project, this one blade is overkill. Cuts beautifully. Straight, true and almost without resistance. Pros: This is a tool for the job. Cons: it's expensive. When I finish my siding project, I'll need to carefully store this blade in case I need it again in the future.
