The ease of use, speed to setup calls for our customers as well as internal employees/customers using this phone system has been great! We are able solve any issues we have by simply going into call tures control panel (CPC) or through their support team when needed which makes it super easy not only from an admin standpoint but also customer service side too!! There isn't anything I dislike about CTP at all honestly because they really do everything you need them too without making your life difficult if that's what u were looking forward doing in another VoIP provider out there.
If i had one thing improved its maybe more options around some things like voicemails being sent directly back instead having people listen again after waiting 15-20 minutes etc.. But overall very happy so far. ! This was recommended bv my boss who used ctp.
