Great tool to make sure that tracking of progress is more efficient and organized

I love how easy it was for our staff members in different departments, such as accounting or customer support etc., all be able at once see what has been done with each client account we have serviced! It's also very simple when trying out new features - you can do so right away instead having multiple people try things first before finalizing them up front (which helps keep everyone happy).

The interface could use some work but overall this product works great if used properly within an organization structure/organization workflow process flow system setup!!

Pros
  • Easy to manage
  • Not too complicated really just takes time getting familiar wth everything.
  • Lots more options than other programs that offer similar services like CRM software systems & ERP type enterprise resource planning solutions.
  • Great wayto track service history alongwith clients' contact info which is helpful during times where call center agents may need quick reference information about previous calls made by customers they are working currently while taking phone orders from potential future buyers
