Works very well, instructions could be better

Works very well. Simple but solid. Installed on my RAM 1500 hemi to control the brakes on a car trailer that I drive hundreds of miles at highway speeds. Instructions are very lacking - nevertheless their tech support was very helpful. Be smart - the guide will save you money on helpdesk calls! Get a harness! They make them for most cars/trucks. After installation I dialed in my brakes and it's no problem. Beware of those with accelerometers; They require you to mount them on a flat, level surface, which really limits your options. take cheap easy.
