Order for weight, not height.
I’m 5’8” and 115 lbs and ordered the size 7 because of my long torso. Everything is usually short on me but while this fit in the torso length, it was way too baggy in the stomach area, arms, and hips. When I swim quickly, I get water inside which doesn’t quite work. Also the adjustable arm cuffs are nice but I can’t get them tight enough as the Velcro bottoms out. Going to order a size smaller and hopefully the torso will still fit decently enough.
