This bit holder has some nice features that make it exceptional. The first and most important thing is that it is a mounting bit holder. The bit doesn't fall out unless you pull back on the latch, which is a nice feature as I'm so fed up with magnetic holders that the bit gets stuck in the screw and falls out of the holder. Another feature is that there is a magnet on the front of the collar that will hold your prop to keep it from falling off. The collar slides back and forth so it adjusts to accommodate every bit/screw you put in it. The magnet is very strong and holds the screw, allowing you to install in hard-to-reach places with one hand. I throw out all my magnet holders and buy some to replace. There is only one downside, which is that the head has a large diameter. So this can be a problem in a tight space where you don't have clearance. In these cases, just use the regular long power bit.
