after a while they don't seem to make good contact when plugged into the tool,
after a while the batteries don't seem to make good contact in the tool and the function is intermittent, not good when using a sawzall on a ladder and have to keep pushing on the battery pack to make it work. The battery packs are just one year old
- Reduces the risk of damaging the tool due to low voltage
- The overall quality and workmanship of the batteries may be poor or inconsistent
