It works to an extent
To start, I loved this! I ordered it because I have bone spurs and arthritis from an old injury to my ankle. But after a few uses I realized after being on my feet all day at work while wearing that my foot would swell up enough that the brace was cutting off circulation and causing discomfort! If I wear it hers and there where I'm not overly active it works great but it isn't overly stretchy so if you have feet that swell I don't recommend this as I had the L/XL and it was too tight that I had more relief taking it off than keeping it on!
