I've had many carts over the years and in fact I've had the one they made before. This has improved greatly. The mechanism for lowering the handles is simple, you can operate it with your foot, so you don't have to bend down to fold the item. They are very durable and cope very well with rough terrain. The only downside to this is that if you stretch it to its maximum length, you won't be able to load it to its maximum weekly capacity, or you'll bend it and then you won't be able to roll it back up to a small size. So my advice is don't use it full length, only use it about halfway and at that point it's built like a tank.
