I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.
A solid choice that is also quiet and has the ability to constructively close the memory modules; these modules cannot be removed without first removing the cooler, which is especially true if they have radiators. However, one of the benefits is that they become cooler. MX-4 thermal paste has been used in place of the stock thermal paste.
