Review on Nordic Pure 20x20x4 MERV 12 2-pack Furnace Filters by Carlos Long

The advertised filter size for my AC is 20 x 20 x 4. Like typically, a "x4" filter is 4 3/8" thick. But for my conditioner, 4 3/8" is too thick and doesn't fit. This 3 5/8" thick Nordic Pure filter fits perfectly. The materials and construction are good and they are offered at a competitive price. The product page clearly lists the actual dimensions of this filter, it's just a shame the industry can't be consistent as at least it allows regular homeowners (as opposed to HVAC technicians) to end up ordering the wrong product. I must say that I have ordered Nordic Pure Filters from four times. , twice the shipping carton and the filters inside were badly damaged. Yes, Revain/Nordic Pure "got it right" but it was still a hassle. is 20x25x4 but the Nordic Pure 20x25x4 is too small for it and I actually have to order 20x25x5 to get the right filter.
