Used in Mercedes ML320 Mixed Door Operator. Installation was easy, removing the entire dash to reveal the drive. The frustrating part was reconfiguring the gears to keep the drivetrain in its full range of motion, but that has nothing to do with this part. But if you happen to be working on the garbage can in Alabama, here's a little tip. With the dash removed, mount the reconditioned actuator to the airbox, hook it up and hook up the HVAC controls *AND* the internal temp sensor in the radio fascia - HVAC defaults to a specific setting if it doesn't have a sensor input and you do this get nothing. With the temperature dial in the middle position, turn the key to the "on" position. Verify correct operation by turning the temperature dial in either direction. Make sure that the drive does not jam in any of the extreme positions. Keep resetting the drive and gearbox and keep testing until you're happy with the results. Unfortunately, trying to tune the drive with a multimeter doesn't work on this system like it does on other Delphi systems.
