In Love with Diablo Blades
I've made over 50 cross cuts in Hardiplank, the cut is quiet and runs like clockwork. The dust isn't bad (maybe 10% of a masonry blade). Tried a few with Stone Blade and it was awful. I also bought a Diablo wood saw blade and several circular saw blades and they cut 10x better than other blades. The receiver saw cut the 1/8" iron angle like it was plastic! I've never thrown away a $100 blade, so I can't comment on that, but I'd say the dollar-to-quality ratio for Diablo products just blows everyone else away. They should be almost free for me to buy another brand.
