Review on Sceptre C325B 185RD: Curved Screen with DisplayPort, FreeSync, Blue Light Filter, and Built-In Speakers by Tim Wheeler

Ordered on March 19th, received on March 27th. Good picture, good size. At first everything was fine, but now, on April 8, the screen turns off spontaneously and the power cord gets hot. I noticed another review that seems to have a random shutdown program. Contact support and I'll post my results. Now the monitor doesn't work anymore. I have contacted support but they are currently closed. I sent you an email. Update 04/15/2020: After a few emails back and forth we found that it was the power cord. They sent me a new one on April 7th and I received it on April 12th. So far, so good. I hope this one doesn't break in a week. Update 5.5.20 There is a strange scratch on the screen. Which is weird because I haven't moved it or cleaned it yet. I wiped it down with a fresh microfiber cloth, but that's about it. However, I noticed it a week after wiping it down. The strange thing is that the scratch doesn't seem to be on the outside of the screen, but in one layer. I can't feel the scratch when I touch it and when I turn off the monitor and use the flash to find the scratch it's gone. I have contacted the scepter again and am awaiting the results. I've been using the scepter for years, I started with a 24" curved then upgraded to a 27" curved at 144hz and it's been amazing no problems and I recently bought this one. This time it was something like sadness. I hope they fix that. Update from 14.06.05 On 07.06. Customer service informed me that it was a defect and that my device needed to be repaired. I was told I would be emailed a printable packing list within 48 hours. On May 12th I emailed them and said I didn't receive the packing list. I still haven't heard from Zepter. 5/17 Haven't heard from Zepter yet. Maybe it's because of the Covid-19 lockdown in California, but I also have a feeling it could just be
