I can't get rid of the stench even after washing my beard twice. I put it on as soon as I received it and was immediately surprised by the smell. Too "scented". I thought it might grow on me but after an hour I couldn't take it anymore. I've tried washing my beard twice and I still smell it. Doesn't smell like sandalwood at all. You know when you walk through the mall to avoid Bath and Body Works or Yankee Candle Co. because the smell is so overpowering? The same applies to this material. Pooh!
