Review on Zulkit Plastic Electrical Junction for Efficient Project Solutions by Brandon Ball

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Nice little case, here are some extra dimensions

The internal width is about 82mm instead of the 84mm shown in the drawing. (This is the only significant deviation from the drawing.) Dimensions not shown on the drawing: Internal thickness Height in height is 23 mm. The inner thickness is divided into 10.7mm on the front of the case, 12.3mm on the back of the case, the thread lugs have a diameter of 5mm. plus the thickness of the traction. The diameter of the screw head is 7mm plus the thickness of the rod. The screw head tabs are located on the back of the case. Round corners on the outside have a radius of 5 mm. Inside curves have a radius of 2.5 mm. parallel to the outer circles with a wall thickness of 2.5 mm. In the middle of the front of the housing there is a large, flat cut-out for a label approx. 0.7 mm deep. On the back of the case there is a small, flat recess in the middle for a label approx. 0.5 mm deep. Internal circuit board The contact surfaces of the boss are approximately 4mm below the connector line on the front of the case and approximately 7mm below the connector line on the back of the case. The board needs to be fixed on one side or the other, it is not designed to grab the board with internal tabs. of all projections for a possible thread is approx. 2 mm. There's more variation here than I expected, but probably not enough to be a big issue. The screw holes on the back of the case have an inner diameter of approx. 2.6 mm. The holes at each end are 14mm x 53.5mm. They are slightly offset towards the back of the case.

Pros
  • Clasp closure design
Cons
  • Expensive
