Review on Tamiya 87030 Masking 87031 Value by John Hattalli

At $10, that's a really great price. I've used this tape before and it leaves a perfect straight line. But don't be an idiot like me. Without thinking, I opened the dispenser to clean it from dust, and then stuck the tape to any surface. I've learned that if you lay a roll of duct tape on its side, it will pick up dust and/or dirt due to the adhesive and will never give you a perfectly straight line again. Speaking of adhesive, Tamiya masking tape is an excellent mix for both sticking to and removing from plastic surfaces. Never had a problem with residue after removing the tape. I can't believe my life right now. I never thought I would write a review of a tape.
