Review on 🌊 EcoSmart ECO 11 Electric Tankless Water Heater with Patented Self Modulating Technology – 13KW, 240 Volts by Joseph Hernandez

WARNING: This water heater WILL EXPLODE SPARKS and FIRE will erupt from the top of the unit. Luckily I was there with a fire extinguisher and was able to turn it off to avert a potential disaster. Sparks literally flew out of the top of the water heater. I have never seen an electrical product spark so strongly in my life. Orange smoke poured from the top of the unit after all the sparks. Thank goodness I had a fire extinguisher handy and was there when it happened otherwise there could have been a disaster. I wrote to EcoSmart and spoke to Rory Herrera at EcoSmart and Mr. Herrera just said the item was beyond repair and the warranty card was not returned within the 30 day window. I told him about all the sparks and flames coming out of the top of the machine and he didn't seem to mind. Quality or safe product from what I have experienced. Also, the warranty they have on these devices is only valid if you submit the warranty card within the first 30 days of purchase. BETTER read the SEAL on the guarantee. IMO this is a VERY POORLY made product and my unit was leaking internally due to a manufacturing defect. You tried to say it was debris but that's not true as you can CLEARLY see the unit leaking from the solder joints and other places inside the unit. I hate leaving bad reviews but I don't want anyone to suffer a disaster or maybe even a fire from one of these devices. That's a lot of electrical current to mix with the leak in the water heater.
