Going from 20 to 40, my neck size went up 1-1/2", my gut went, well from 29" to 38", and my thighs went from skinny sticks to logs. When you are older, the leg holes will cut into your thighs. They may stretch out (the rest of the cut is the medium that I normally wear in boxers and briefs).
